I am aware of how expensive having therapy can be and wish to help as many people as possible.
I am also aware of the unfortunate position some people may find themselves in following
the pandemic and now the cost of living crisis.
So for these reasons, I try to keep my fees as reasonable and as fair as possible.

We can also discuss any questions that you may understandably have.

This is an opportunity for me to fully assess your
needs and issues.
I can explain how I work as a therapist, to include covering my client agreement and my policies and procedures.
It is also a chance for us to discuss in more detail how we might work together, your understanding of counselling and any aims and expectations that you may have.
The assessment session is 30 minutes longer than usual, at no extra charge.
This is to ensure that we have enough time to cover everything that we need to and to ensure you feel completely happy with everything.
